Shipping & Returns
Self-pickup in Tampines, islandwide delivery fees and timings, and our returns policy for coffee and matcha (perishable food products).
Self-pickup — free
- Collect from Blk 285 Tampines Street 22, #07-199, Singapore 520285.
- Orders are usually ready the next working day. We'll WhatsApp you when yours is ready.
- Collection hours: 8am–7pm daily. Please bring your order number.

- Delivered by our team to Singapore addresses within 2–3 working days of your order.
- We'll WhatsApp you before delivery. Please make sure someone can receive the parcel, and include your unit number at checkout.
- If a delivery fails because no one is available or the address is incomplete, we'll contact you to arrange another time; a further delivery fee may apply.

Returns — coffee and matcha are food products
For food safety, we can't accept returns or exchanges of opened coffee beans, ground coffee or matcha, or of food products that have been opened and resealed.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within [X] days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item or refund it to your original payment method.

Change of mind
Unopened accessories (for example, the Matcha Gift Set) may be returned within [X] days in their original condition and packaging; return delivery costs are yours. Refunds go back to your original payment method after we receive and check the item.

Ground coffee
Ground coffee is ground to order for your chosen brew method and can't be returned unless it's faulty.
